Odisha CM Mohan Majhi Marks Two Years in Office, Reaffirms Development Agenda
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has completed two years in office, reiterating his government’s commitment to inclusive growth and balanced development.
Marking the milestone, Majhi expressed gratitude to the people of Odisha and Lord Jagannath, describing his role as a “sacred medium to serve” rather than a seat of power.
Reflecting on his journey from teacher to sarpanch, MLA, and now Chief Minister, Majhi emphasised that public trust remains the government’s greatest strength.
He acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guidance and credited citizens for their support in shaping Odisha’s progress.
The Chief Minister highlighted achievements across agriculture, industry, education, healthcare, rural development, infrastructure, and employment generation.
He stressed that collective participation of 4.5 crore Odias is vital to building a prosperous and developed state.
As the government enters its third year, Majhi reaffirmed his focus on development, good governance, and public welfare, urging citizens to continue supporting Odisha’s growth trajectory.
