Four Arrested After Firearm Threat During Vehicle Checking Drive in Ganjam

Ganjam police arrested four individuals after one of them allegedly threatened officers with a pistol during a routine vehicle checking drive at Chakara Bisoyi Square.

The accused was swiftly overpowered, and law enforcement recovered a pistol, a magazine, two live cartridges, multiple mobile phones, and two motorcycles.

Authorities have launched an investigation to trace the source of the firearm and examine the criminal backgrounds of the accused.
