BDA Opens Online Applications for 496 Flats at Ekamra Residency

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has opened online applications for 496 flats under its Ekamra Residency project at Subudhipur.

Spread across 7.34 acres, the project offers both 2BHK and 2BHK + Study apartments with modern amenities including covered parking, a community centre, gymnasium, rooftop swimming pool, lifts, and power backup.

Applications will remain open until October 31, 2026, with allotment conducted through a lottery system.

Of the total units, 288 are 2BHK + Study flats, and 208 are standard 2BHK flats.

Applicants must register with a Unique Account Number (UAN) and provide proof of date of birth and address.

The process requires a ₹10,000 application fee and a ₹2,00,000 security deposit (EMD).

The project promises strong connectivity to city roads, schools, hospitals, and transport hubs, making it a prime residential option for Bhubaneswar residents.
