Bhubaneswar–Bangkok Flights Take Off Again After 3 Months

International air connectivity between Bhubaneswar and Bangkok has resumed after a three‑month suspension, marking a significant boost for Odisha’s travel and tourism sector.

The service, operated twice weekly, departs Bhubaneswar on Friday and Monday nights, returning the following mornings.

From October 25, the winter schedule will shift to daytime operations, with arrivals in Bhubaneswar at 11:00 am and departures to Bangkok at 1:35 pm.

Officials highlighted strong passenger demand as the key driver behind the restart.

Looking ahead, Bhubaneswar airport is preparing to expand its international network with proposed flights to Dubai and potential services to Singapore, once passenger loads reach sustainable levels.
