Subarnapur toddler sets national record with extraordinary memory skills
Subarnapur district has a new reason to celebrate as two‑year‑old Advik Padhan, from Kuhibahal village in Binika block, has entered the India Book of Records.
Born on 8 November 2023, Advik has been recognised as an IBR Achiever for his remarkable ability to identify, recite, and demonstrate knowledge far beyond his age.
At just 2 years and 5 months, Advik can identify national symbols, body parts, facial expressions, vehicles, shapes, vegetables, fruits, animals, colours, and sea creatures.
He also recites days of the week, months of the year, antonyms, nursery rhymes, and words linked to all 26 English alphabet.
In total, he has showcased 16 distinct activities, earning him national recognition.
His achievement was officially confirmed on 10 April 2026, bringing immense pride to his family and the Subarnapur community.
Advik’s feat highlights the extraordinary potential of young minds and has made him a symbol of inspiration across Odisha.
