Senior IAS Officer Sanjay Kumar Biswal Assumes I&PR Leadership in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS officer Sanjay Kumar Biswal has officially assumed charge as the Director of the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department at Lok Seva Bhavan.

In a formal ceremony, he was welcomed by Additional Chief Secretary Ashok Kumar Behuria, Joint Secretary Kalamuddin, Additional Director Smita Kar, and Joint Director Sucheta Priyadarshini.

Outgoing Director Anuj Kumar Das Pattanaik received best wishes for his new assignment.

Addressing the staff, Biswal emphasised teamwork and cooperation to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Prior to this role, Biswal served as Additional Secretary in the Commerce and Transport Department and held leadership positions in OSRTC and CRUT, where he earned recognition for efficiency and leadership.
