POCSO Court Sends Tentulikhunti Headmaster to Jail
Bhubaneswar, April 27: In a significant ruling, the POCSO court in Nabarangpur denied bail to Sukanta Sadangi, headmaster of a Sevashram in Tentulikhunti, who was arrested for alleged misconduct with a female student.
The arrest followed a formal complaint lodged by the victim, prompting swift police action.
Sadangi was produced before the court, which ordered his judicial custody under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
