OPHWC Hands Over ₹21.28 Cr Dividend, Records Highest Profit
The cheque was handed over by OPHWC Chairman-cum-Managing Director Soumyendra Kumar Priyadarshi, IPS, to Chief Secretary Anu Garg, IAS, in the presence of senior officials.
OPHWC recorded a turnover of Rs 1,520 crore in FY 2025–26, an 11% increase from the previous year’s Rs 1,366 crore.
Since FY 2014–15, the corporation has consistently paid dividends, with cumulative contributions reaching Rs 86.05 crore.
The corporation has also earned recognition for its infrastructure projects, winning the prestigious Vishwakarma Award from CIDC for the Bhubaneswar Commissionerate Police Building (2025) and the new hostel at Gopabandhu Academy of Administration (2026).
Ongoing projects include the Tarakasi Hub in Cuttack, the Excise Building in Bhubaneswar, the model jail in Bhubaneswar, Jajpur District Jail, Paradip Blue Flag Beach, Dumduma Waterfall development, Jirang tourism infrastructure, and statewide bus terminals for OSRTC.
Through efficiency, financial discipline, and timely delivery, OPHWC continues to strengthen its role as a leading state enterprise driving Odisha’s infrastructure development.
