Jagannath Temple Gears Up as CM Reviews Yatra Preparations
Bhubaneswar, July 3: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will chair a high‑level review meeting on July 6 at 10:15 AM to assess preparations for the upcoming Rath Yatra.
Shree Jagannath Temple Administration Chief Arabinda Padhee confirmed the schedule, noting that the CM will examine rituals of Lord Jagannath and arrangements for devotees.
The meeting will focus on crowd management, security, traffic control, and pilgrim facilities to ensure the smooth conduct of the festival.
Senior officials from the temple and district administration are expected to attend.
With the Rath Yatra drawing lakhs of devotees, the temple administration has already intensified efforts to address pending issues and streamline logistics.
