Bhubaneswar/Kaliningrad: Odisha’s acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has brought pride to India by winning the Russian Grand Sand Master Cup 2026 at the II International Festival of Sand Sculpture in Kaliningrad, Russia.
