Odisha Tourism Unveils Tagline ‘Think India, Think Odisha’

Odisha Tourism has unveiled a new brand tagline, “Think India, Think Odisha”, positioning the state as a global destination for tourism and sports.


The announcement was made during the launch of the OMC Puri Coastal Marathon (OPCM) at Taj Resort & Spa, Puri.

The initiative aligns with Vision Samrudh Odisha 2036 and Vision Vikshit Bharat 2047, reflecting Odisha’s transformation into an experience‑driven destination. The launch event featured a ceremonial run from Blue Flag Beach to Taj Resort & Spa and a sand art installation by Padma Shri Sudarsan Patnaik unveiling the OPCM logo.

The first edition of the marathon will be held on December 13, 2026, offering a prize pool of over ₹1 crore. Categories include Full Marathon (42 km), Half Marathon (21 km), 10 km, and 5 km, expected to attract elite and amateur runners from across India and abroad.

The OPCM logo draws inspiration from the Jagannath Temple’s Patita Pavana Bana, Konark Chakra, and Bay of Bengal waves, symbolizing motion, energy, and Odisha’s coastal identity.
