Majhi Pushes Railway Growth in Key Delhi Meeting

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in New Delhi to accelerate railway infrastructure projects across the state.

The discussion centred on strengthening connectivity, expediting new railway lines, and ensuring timely completion of pending works.

Majhi described the meeting as “constructive,” highlighting that improved rail links will boost industrial corridors, enhance passenger convenience, and integrate districts more effectively into Odisha’s economic framework.

He emphasised that with continued Union Government support, Odisha is steadily advancing toward becoming a developed and prosperous state.
