East Coast Railway Revises MEMU Train Timings from April 25 for Better Passenger Convenience
Bhubaneswar, April 25: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced revised schedules for select MEMU (Mainline Electric Multiple Unit) trains in Odisha, effective April 25, 2026, aimed at improving punctuality and passenger convenience.
The Angul–Puri MEMU (Train No. 68421) will now depart Angul at 05:10 hrs, halting at Talcher, Dhenkanal, Bhubaneswar, and other key stations before reaching Puri at 10:50 hrs.
Similarly, the Bhadrak–Cuttack MEMU (Train No. 68437) will leave Bhadrak at 15:00 hrs and arrive at Cuttack at 18:40 hrs, serving important stops including Jajpur Keonjhar Road and Kapilas Road.
Railway authorities have advised passengers to check updated schedules via the NTES and UTS apps before travel.
The changes are expected to enhance service reliability, reduce delays, and improve daily commuting across central and coastal Odisha.
