Dy CM Singh Deo Tours Flood‑Hit Kendrapada Villages

Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo visited flood‑hit villages in Kendrapada district to review relief operations and interact with affected families.

Singh Deo toured Bhuinpur village in Aul block, along with Dandisahi Chhak, Krishnadaspur, Harijan Sahi, and Jagannathpur across different Gram Panchayats.

He assessed the distribution of relief materials, restoration of essential services, and rehabilitation measures.

Mahakalapada MLA Durga Prasanna Nayak accompanied him during the inspections.

The visit followed Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi’s directive assigning Singh Deo to oversee relief and rehabilitation in Kendrapada and Jagatsinghpur districts.

The Deputy CM emphasised gathering first‑hand feedback from communities to ensure effective government response and timely support for flood‑affected families.
