The Fisheries Department’s postal machines have been placed at various jetties and estuaries.

Fishing from the sea has been banned during the fish breeding season. This order of the Fisheries Department has now forced hundreds of fishermen to sit with their hands tied.

Those who used to have a stove burning when they went to fish are now worried about what they will eat and how they will survive.

On the one hand, the government’s restrictions on the growth of fish and on the other hand, the concern of running a family have weighed heavily on the fishermen.

Fishermen have complained that restrictions are being imposed on their livelihood every year.

Fishermen work all year round by catching fish from the sea. Along with them, thousands of families depend directly and indirectly on the boat owners, fish weighing, loading and unloading, fish carriers, sellers, and net craftsmen.

Those who earn as little as two paisa on fish and run their families.

The government’s restrictions on fishing during the breeding season have weighed heavily on fishermen. If the rules are not followed, the fishing equipment along with the boat will be confiscated, and a jail fine will also be incurred, according to the rules of the Fisheries Department.

According to these rules, the boats that went to catch fish are now returning to the shore. And there are reports that some boats are returning from the sea.

This time, after fishing for a few months, the government’s standing order has been imposed.

Fishermen and boat owners are worried as fishing has been banned. Some of the boats have returned to shore, while the rest are on their way back.

The fishermen and their owners say that they respect the government’s rules, but the association has alleged that the government’s rules during the fishing ban are not being strictly followed.
