Odisha Govt Fixes June 30 Deadline for PSU Appointments

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has set June 30, 2026, as the deadline to finalise appointments in state-run Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

In an official communication dated June 1, Special Secretary Lipsa Das directed the General Administration & Public Grievance Department to submit updated information on PSU appointments.

Copies of the directive were also sent to the Chief Secretary’s Office and the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Public Enterprises Department to ensure oversight.

The move aims to streamline recruitment processes, enhance transparency, and reinforce accountability in the management of public sector enterprises.

Officials emphasised that the timeline reflects the government’s commitment to efficiency and good governance.
