Cuttack Railway Station Modernisation Disrupts MEMU Services
Cuttack Railway Station is undergoing major redevelopment under the Khurda Road division, leading to temporary changes in MEMU train operations.
From September 8 to October 7, 2026, two key services will be affected:
- Train No. 68434 Gunupur–Cuttack MEMU will short terminate at Mancheswar instead of Cuttack.
- Train No. 68433 Cuttack–Gunupur MEMU will short originate from Mancheswar instead of Cuttack.
During this period, train services between Mancheswar and Cuttack will remain cancelled.
Passengers are advised to check updates on the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or official railway enquiry services before planning their journeys.
This temporary regulation is part of the modernisation drive aimed at improving passenger amenities and infrastructure at Cuttack station.
