Odisha CM Meets PM Modi to Strengthen Development Agenda

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi to reinforce Centre–State collaboration and accelerate Odisha’s growth trajectory.

The meeting focused on fast‑tracking infrastructure projects, attracting new investments, and expanding welfare initiatives for farmers, women, youth, and tribal communities.

During the discussion, CM Majhi highlighted Odisha’s potential as an emerging hub in eastern India and sought the Centre’s support for industrial expansion and job creation.

He also extended a formal invitation to PM Modi to attend the celebrations marking two years of the BJP government in Odisha.

Expressing gratitude for the Prime Minister’s guidance, Majhi emphasised that collective efforts between the Centre and State would ensure sustained progress and holistic development for Odisha’s people.
