Puri: A man impersonating an Army officer was apprehended inside the Jagannath Temple (Srimandir) in Puri, raising serious concerns about security at the holy site.
The accused, identified as Upendra Purohit from Rajasthan, entered the temple premises wearing an Army uniform and claimed to be an officer.
The enforcement squad quickly detained him after suspecting foul play. He was taken to the Singhadwar police station for interrogation.
