CHSE Odisha +2 Results 2026: 85.85% Students Pass
Bhubaneswar, May 20: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has officially declared the Class 12 (+2) results for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams today.
School & Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond announced the results at a press briefing in Bhubaneswar.
This year, a total of 4,00,736 students registered for the examinations, with 2,56,042 in Arts, 1,14,238 in Science, 24,533 in Commerce, and 5,923 in Vocational streams.
The overall pass percentage stood at 85.85%, reflecting a strong performance across disciplines.
- The science stream recorded the highest success rate at 88.80%.
- The commerce stream followed closely with 88.07%.
- Arts stream achieved 84.50%, while Vocational courses registered 77.82%.
Students can access their marksheets online via chseodisha. nic.in, results.odisha.gov.in, and digilocker.gov.in. Additionally, results are available through SMS by sending RESULT_OR12 <Roll Number> to 56263.
To qualify, candidates must secure a minimum of 33% aggregate and 30% in each subject.
For those seeking to improve their scores, CHSE has announced a one-subject improvement examination in July 2026, providing an opportunity to enhance marks for higher education admissions.
The theory examinations were conducted between February 18 and March 21, 2026, while practical exams were held from January 2 to January 15, 2026.
