OPSC Releases OCS Main Exam 2025 Schedule: Check Dates Here

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially released the schedule for the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Main Examination 2025.

The written exam will be conducted from October 29 to November 7, 2026, across two sittings daily — 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. PwD candidates will receive an additional hour per sitting.

The exam begins with Odia and English language papers on October 29, followed by the Essay paper on October 30.

General Studies papers will be held on November 2 and 4, while Optional Subject papers are scheduled for November 7.

Candidates can choose from a wide range of optional subjects including Agriculture, Anthropology, Engineering, Law, Literature (Odia, English, Hindi, Urdu), Political Science, Sociology, and more.

OPSC has advised candidates to keep their admit cards, stationery, and ID documents ready.

With nearly two months left, aspirants are expected to intensify their revision strategies for one of the most competitive examinations in the state.
