CHSE Odisha Extends +2 Ex-Regular Exam Form Submission Deadline to October 12
Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has extended the deadline for submission of examination forms for +2 Ex-Regular candidates appearing in the Annual Higher Secondary Examination 2027.
The revised deadline allows students to submit their forms without late fees until October 12, 2026.
The decision was taken following requests from various higher secondary institutions across the state and in view of disruptions caused by ongoing student union election activities in colleges.
The extension aims to ensure that eligible students do not face difficulties in completing the registration process within the stipulated time.
According to an official notification issued by CHSE Odisha, the earlier deadline of October 9 has been revised, granting institutions additional time to complete the form fill-up process.
The extension covers Ex-Regular candidates from Arts, Commerce, Science, Vocational and Correspondence streams.
CHSE has directed principals and heads of institutions to ensure that all eligible students complete their examination form submissions before the revised deadline.
Students have also been advised to verify their details carefully while submitting forms to avoid discrepancies during the examination process.
Apart from the extension of the form-filling deadline, all other examination-related schedules and guidelines remain unchanged, the council clarified.
The move is expected to benefit thousands of students across Odisha who were unable to complete the registration process due to administrative and election-related engagements.
