Manipal Hospital Bhubaneswar Honoured for Clinical Excellence in Specialised Healthcare Services

May 12, 2026:Manipal Hospital Bhubaneswar has been honoured by Kanak News and SwastyaSambad with prestigious awards recognising the hospital’s excellence in healthcare services.

The hospital received awards for its ‘Centre of Excellence in Obstetrics, Gynaecology &Fetal Medicine’ and ‘Department of General, Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery’ at the Kanak News Health Conclave.

The awards were presented by Chief Guest Shri. Prithviraj Harichandan, Honourable Minister of Law, Government of Odisha.

The award for the Department of General, Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery was received by Dr Ramya Ranjan Behera, Dr Lalatendu Mohapatra, and Dr Saurajit Patnaik

As part of the event, the Gynaecology team of Manipal Hospital Bhubaneswar participated in a panel discussion on ‘Modern lifestyle and its impact on women’s health’, highlighting the importance of preventive healthcare, early diagnosis, healthy lifestyle habits, and regular health check-ups for improving women’s overall wellbeing.
