CM Majhi to Launch Key Projects in Sambalpur on Nuakhai

Sambalpur is set to witness a flurry of development activities as Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visits the district on the occasion of Nuakhai.

The CM will inaugurate several projects, including the new Doppler Radar Centre, and lay foundation stones for regional initiatives virtually from Gangadhar Meher University auditorium.

According to the schedule, Majhi will depart Bhubaneswar by helicopter, arriving at Jamadarpali Airstrip at 10 AM.

After the radar centre inauguration, he will attend the university event at 10:45 AM, before proceeding to Kuchinda to join a condolence and memorial function at the residence of Panchayati Raj Minister and Kuchinda MLA Rabi Narayan Naik.

The CM will be accompanied by ministers, MPs, and MLAs.

Security and administrative teams are on high alert, with officials working despite the Nuakhai holiday to ensure smooth arrangements.

The visit underscores the government’s focus on western Odisha’s development while honouring cultural traditions.
