Minister Gond: No Delay in Student Learning Materials

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s School and Mass Education Minister, Nityananda Gond, has assured that all school textbooks will be delivered to students before the summer vacation concludes.

The Minister acknowledged that printing delays at certain presses had slowed distribution but emphasised that the government is committed to ensuring uninterrupted learning.

According to Gond, nearly 90% of textbooks have already been printed and supplied to schools, while the remaining 10% will be distributed before classes resume.

He further stated that the administration is closely monitoring the process and will resolve any bottlenecks swiftly to safeguard students’ academic needs.

The assurance comes amid reports of delayed distribution in several districts, raising concerns ahead of the new academic session.
