Malkangiri Administration Bags National Skoch Award for Youth Empowerment
The Malkangiri district administration has earned national recognition by winning the prestigious Skoch Award for its innovative youth empowerment initiative, “Pragati Pathe Yuba Malkangiri.”
The award was presented during the 110th Skoch Summit at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
District Collector Pratmesh Arvind Rajeshirke attributed the success to the collective efforts of field teams, active youth participation, and guidance from the Odisha government.
The award was received on behalf of the administration by District Council CDO and Executive Officer Dasarathi Saraboo.
The achievement has sparked widespread celebration in Malkangiri, with residents and stakeholders praising the administration’s visionary leadership and commitment to inclusive development.
