BJP’s 47th Foundation Day: CM Majhi Urges Unity for Prosperous Odisha
Bhubaneswar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) marked its 47th Foundation Day with celebrations across Odisha, as Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi called upon party workers to unite in building a “Prosperous Odisha” and a “Developed India.”
Extending greetings to BJP workers, supporters, and citizens, Majhi emphasised that the party is not merely a political organisation but a movement rooted in reform and service.
He highlighted the guiding principles of leaders like Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, stressing the philosophy of “Antyodaya to Rashtrodaya” — ensuring development reaches the last person in society.
Majhi credited Odisha’s visible progress to the dedication and unity of BJP workers, urging them to rededicate themselves to the cause of inclusive growth under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
He described the selfless service of party workers as the true strength and inspiration for the future.
