BJD Sends Fact‑Finding Team to Nabarangpur After Yadav Community Attack

Bhubaneswar/Nabarangpur: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has constituted a fact‑finding team to probe the recent attack on members of the Yadav community in Ladhuapada village, Chandahandi Block, Nabarangpur district.

Party President Naveen Patnaik directed the team to visit the affected area, interact with victims and locals, and assess the situation firsthand.

The delegation includes senior leaders Manohar Randhari, Ramesh Chandra Majhi, Pradeep Majhi, Subash Gond, Sadasiv Pradhani, Nabina Nayak, Moitram Naik, Gupta Prasad Jhankar, Rusu Chandra Bagh, Nilamani Goud, Basudev Goud, and Kalia Rout.

BJD Media Coordinator Priyabrata Majhi emphasised that the party strongly condemns violence and intimidation, pledging solidarity with the affected families.

He reiterated the party’s commitment to justice, peace, and communal harmony.

The BJD has urged the administration to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry and take strict action against those responsible for the attack.
