Bhubaneswar: In response to the worsening flood situation across Odisha, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has deputed senior leaders to oversee relief and restoration efforts in the most affected districts.

Party President Naveen Patnaik issued an office order assigning leaders to coordinate with district administrations and local party functionaries to ensure timely relief distribution.

• Pradip Kumar Amat has been tasked with Jajpur.
• Arun Kumar Sahoo will oversee Bhadrak.
• Sanjay Kumar Das Burma has been assigned to Baleshwar.
