Prestigious Police Honour Conferred on Odisha CM at Lok Seva Bhavan
Bhubaneswar, April 7: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi was conferred with the prestigious President’s Police Colours Award at a ceremony held in Lok Seva Bhavan.
The honour, considered one of the highest recognitions for a state police force, was presented by Director General of Police Yogesh Bahadur Khurania in the presence of Chief Secretary Anu Garg.
The award acknowledges the Odisha Police’s outstanding service, discipline, and contribution to maintaining law and order.
Speaking at the event, CM Majhi praised the force’s dedication and assured continued government support for strengthening policing infrastructure and welfare measures.
The ceremony marked a proud moment for Odisha, highlighting the state’s commitment to public safety and its recognition at the national level.
