President Murmu’s Odisha Tour from August 3–5
President Droupadi Murmu will undertake a three-day tour of Odisha from August 3 to 5, covering Bhubaneswar, Kataka (Cuttack), Brahmapur, and Taptapani in Ganjam district.
On August 3, she will arrive in Bhubaneswar at 2:10 pm and stay at Lok Bhavan before attending the inauguration of Jagadguru Kripalu University in Kataka as chief guest.
The following day, August 4, she will travel by special train to Brahmapur and proceed by road to Taptapani, where she will offer prayers at Maa Kandhuni Devi Temple.
Security arrangements have been intensified across Bhubaneswar, Kataka, and Brahmapur, with special traffic management and deployment of personnel along her route.
Her engagements on August 5 are yet to be finalised and will be announced later.
