Odisha Minister Suresh Pujari Breaks Silence on Missing CMO File Case

Bhubaneswar: Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari has finally spoken on the missing CMO file case, stressing that the government’s top priority is to trace the report.

Police are investigating whether the document can be recovered or if it has been destroyed.

Pujari clarified that if the report is found, it will be made public.

If not, strict action will be taken against those responsible for its disappearance.

He revealed that the file was deleted from the computer hard disk before submission, and efforts are underway to retrieve it.

In case recovery fails, a new report may be prepared, but this requires agreement between the government and the previous commission.

Supporting manuscripts are with Justice Naidu, while additional documents are in the minister’s possession.

Meanwhile, Opposition leader Prasanna Acharya has cast doubt on the sincerity of the investigation, alleging that the government is more focused on slogans than a genuine inquiry.
