Bhubaneswar, August 25: In a significant administrative shake‑up, the Odisha Government has transferred seven senior IAS officers, impacting crucial sectors including education, home affairs, environment, health, excise, public communication, and transport.
- Education: Birendra Korkora has been moved from Director, Secondary Education to Additional Secretary, Home Department. Jugaleswari Dash takes over as the new Director, Secondary Education.
- Home & Environment: Aradhana Das shifts from Additional Secretary, Home to Additional Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change.
- Health & AYUSH: Archana Das Pattanaik has been appointed Director, AYUSH, while Anjana Panda moves to Additional Secretary, Excise Department.
- Public Communication: Sanjay Kumar Biswal assumes charge as Director, Information & Public Relations, Bhubaneswar.
- Infrastructure & Transport: Sundara Madhaba Padhi has been named Chief Operating Officer of the Odisha Maritime Board, with additional responsibility as GM of Odisha State Road Transport Corporation.
