Nuapada Land Fraud Case: Two Revenue Officials Suspended as Probe Deepens

The Odisha government has suspended Komna Tahsildar and ex-officio Sub-Registrar Sarveshwar Jala, following earlier action against Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI) Ramanath Mishra.

An inquiry revealed that Mishra failed to use iris-based Aadhaar authentication during the transaction, raising questions about procedural lapses.

Police have registered a case against six individuals, while the disputed land has reportedly been restored to its rightful owner.
