IGNOU Extends July 2026 Admission Deadline to July 31

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for admission and re‑registration for the July 2026 academic session to July 31.

This extension provides additional time for both fresh applicants and continuing students to enrol in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programmes.

To encourage inclusivity, IGNOU has announced a 50% fee waiver for SC/ST candidates applying to general undergraduate programmes in Arts, Science, and Commerce.

However, students already availing financial benefits from other sources will not be eligible for this concession.

Applicants can complete the admission process online at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in (ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in in Bing), while re‑registration is available at onlinerr.ignou.ac.in (onlinerr.ignou.ac.in in Bing).
