IDCO Clears 37 Projects to Boost Odisha’s Industrial Growth

The Land Allotment Committee (LAC) of IDCO, chaired by Usha Padhee, has approved 37 project proposals aimed at accelerating Odisha’s industrial expansion.

Of these, 24 are large-scale industrial projects, and 13 belong to the MSME sector.

The approvals are designed to fast-track statutory clearances, strengthen regional supply chains, and generate employment opportunities.

Rigorous ground monitoring is underway in Khordha, Kataka, and Kalinga Nagar to assess infrastructure readiness, connectivity, and worker facilities.

Special emphasis is being placed on safe, accessible infrastructure for women employees in manufacturing clusters.

By ensuring time-bound decision-making and predictable land allotment, Odisha is positioning itself as an agile, competitive, and investor-ready destination.
