BJP Announces Major Organizational Reshuffle; Baijayant Panda Reappointed as National Vice President
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its new national organisational team under the leadership of National President Nitin Naveen.
The reshuffle brings together senior leaders across key roles, signalling a renewed focus on strengthening the party’s national presence.
Baijayant Panda has been reappointed as National Vice President, continuing his influential role alongside 12 other leaders including Vasundhara Raje, Ram Madhav, Tirath Singh Rawat, D. Purandeswari, Rekha Verma, Manpreet Singh Badal, Lal Singh Arya, M. Nagaraj, Tariq Mansoor, and Madhuchandra Kar.
Smriti Irani has been named National General Secretary, joining Vinod Tawde, Sunil Bansal, Biplab Kumar Deb, Satish Poonia, and Sanjay Bhatia in the team. B.L. Santosh will continue as National Organisational General Secretary, while Shivprakash and Saudan Singh have been appointed Joint General Secretaries (Organisation).
Other key appointments include Piyush Goyal as National Treasurer, Rajesh Mangal as Joint Treasurer, Sambit Patra as North‑East Coordinator, and Tarun Chugh as Central Office In‑Charge.
This reshuffle reflects the BJP’s strategy to balance experience with organisational efficiency, ensuring strong leadership across regions and portfolios.
