Prabhat Biswal Joins BJP in Odisha | Political Equations Reshaped
Senior leader Prabhat Biswal has formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), putting an end to months of speculation about his political future.

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, along with senior party leaders, ceremonially welcomed Biswal by draping the party’s uttariya around him.
The event was described by party insiders as a “festival of unity,” reflecting the enthusiasm among cadres.
Biswal’s grassroots experience and ability to mobilise crowds are expected to strengthen the BJP’s organisational base in Odisha.
His entry is seen as a strategic boost for the party ahead of upcoming political contests, reshaping local political equations and adding momentum to BJP’s campaign machinery in the state.
