Bhubaneswar: The much-anticipated Bhubaneswar Bali Yatra 2025 is set to commence on November 5 and will run through November 14, transforming the Kuakhai riverbed into a bustling hub of culture, commerce, and celebration.
Organised by the Bali Yatra Committee under the leadership of Bhubaneswar North MLA Susant Rout, this year’s fair will feature over 1,500 stalls showcasing a diverse mix of trade, food, and crafts.
The event promises a rich cultural lineup, including performances by Ollywood and Bollywood artists, along with traditional Odissi, folk art, and dance showcases.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, organizers have ramped up security measures. Multiple watchtowers, additional CCTV cameras, and designated parking zones will be in place.
Commissionerate Police and traffic personnel will manage crowd control and vehicle movement, while fire services and medical teams remain on standby.
Children’s rides and fun zones will add to the family-friendly atmosphere, and the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation will oversee sanitation and cleanliness throughout the fairgrounds.
Committee secretary Subash Chandra Patra and working president Yashobanta Ojha affirmed that this year’s Bali Yatra will be “bigger, safer, and more vibrant than ever,” inviting thousands of visitors to celebrate Odisha’s heritage in grand style.
