OTDC Hands Over ₹1.17 Crore Dividend to Odisha Government
The Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) has contributed a dividend of Rs 1.17 crore to the Government of Odisha for the financial year 2024–25.
The cheque was presented by OTDC Managing Director Deepankar Mohapatra to Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida in the presence of senior officials.
Deputy CM Parida commended OTDC’s role in strengthening tourism infrastructure and enhancing visitor experiences, noting its contribution to both fiscal growth and local economies.
OTDC currently operates 14 Panthanivas hotel units, Odia cuisine restaurants, a luxury tourist transport fleet, an Air Ticketing Division, and an Engineering Division for infrastructure planning and maintenance.
Looking ahead, OTDC has outlined a three‑year roadmap to boost turnover and profitability through infrastructure upgrades, operational efficiency, diversification of services, and improved service quality.
