Odisha Govt Transfers OAS Officers: Ratnakar Sahoo to MKCG, Sarojini Kullu to Padampur

The Odisha Government has announced a reshuffle in the state administrative cadre, transferring two senior OAS officers.

According to an office order issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on March 27, 2026, Ratnakar Sahoo, OAS (SAG), has been relieved from his role as Additional Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and posted as Registrar (Administration) at MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Berhampur.

Similarly, Sarojini Prasan Kullu, OAS (S), who was serving as Additional Commissioner of Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (SMC), has been transferred to Padampur as Additional District Magistrate (ADM).

Both officers have been directed to assume their new responsibilities immediately without availing joining time.
