Odisha Govt Announces Fresh IAS Reshuffle on February 11, 2026

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has announced another round of IAS transfers and postings on February 11, 2026, following a major reshuffle earlier this month.

The General Administration & Public Grievance Department issued the notification, assigning key responsibilities across crucial departments.

  • Bhupendra Singh Poonia (2008 batch) will continue as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Skill Development & Technical Education and has now been given additional charge of Sports & Youth Services.
  • D. Prasanth Kumar Reddy (2009 batch) has been appointed as Managing Director of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).
  • Rashmita Panda (2010 batch) takes charge as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the MSME Department while retaining her roles in Startup Odisha and ORSAC. Her earlier posting as Vice-Chairman of BDA has been cancelled.
  • Surendra Kumar Meena (2012 batch) continues as Additional Secretary in the ST & SC Development Department and retains charge of CMGI and the governance reforms committee.
  • Aboli Sunil Naravane (2015 batch) will continue as Managing Director of IPICOL, ending the additional charge previously held by Poonia.

The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening governance in areas such as skill development, industrial growth, startups, and urban development, ensuring continuity and effective leadership in these priority sectors.
