Bhubaneswar, June 24(OT Webdesk): In a transformative move for Odisha’s technology landscape, global workforce optimisation leader Logile has inaugurated its innovation centre in Bhubaneswar, marking the official launch of its India operations.
The grand opening ceremony was attended by key dignitaries including Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, Minister of Health, Parliamentary Affairs, and Electronics & IT.
He hailed the centre as a milestone in fostering innovation and long-term collaboration between global expertise and local opportunity.
Logile’s Founder and CEO, Shri Purna Mishra, who has deep roots in Odisha, emphasised the importance of human capital.
“We do not need buildings or software. We need people who will stay with us for a long time. Hence, Bhubaneswar is the city,” he stated, underlining the strategic value of the region’s talent pool.
Principal Secretary of E&IT, Vishal Kumar Dev, stressed that policy alone is insufficient. “Only policy won’t help as it will stay on paper.
Odisha is coming up with operational guidelines for effective implementation,” he added.
The centre is designed to accelerate R&D, global collaboration, and product development, generating local employment and promoting skill-building.
Subhasish Pattnaik, Logile India Head, affirmed their commitment to a transformative journey, calling the day “a new beginning” for Logile in India.
This landmark event places Odisha firmly on the global innovation map, reinforcing its emergence as a leading tech hub in India.
