Sundargarh,(Sunil Sinha) May 17 : Darlipali STPS zealously began the 15-day-long Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 early this morning with Prabhat Pheri and Swacchata Pledge. The Walkathon began at 6′ AM sharp from the Dhaulagiri Guest House.
The Swachhata Pledge was administered by the HoP, H.N. Chakraborty. Hare Ram Singh, GM (O&M); Vishal Mathur, GM (Project); A.K. Kamilla, GM (Ash Management); President and Chairholders of the Abhilasha Ladies Club, CMO, AC CISF, and other officials took part in the rally and pledged.
Senior-ranked officials from the CISF along with other security personnel remained present and contributed towards promoting overall cleanliness.
120 young Girl Empowerment Mission participants undergoing their residential training actively participated in the Prabhat Pheri and cheered the participants and the residents of the Shubhrajyotinagar Township with loud and energetic Swachhata Slogans.
Administering the pledge, Sh. Chakraborty said “it is our prime duty to keep our surroundings clean and tidy, as cleanliness not only make us feel better, but actually immensely contributes to our overall wellbeing in the long run”.
Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 will be celebrated in Darlipali STPS from 16th to 31st of May, 2024 wherein various competitions and events will be organized adding to the noble cause of Swachhata.
