Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi Meets CM Majhi to Accelerate Urban Development

In a strategic move to bolster infrastructure and public amenities, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi met Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Lok Seva Bhawan to discuss a series of developmental initiatives for the Bhubaneswar parliamentary constituency.

The meeting spotlighted several transformative projects, including the granting of Notified Area Council (NAC) status to Tangi and Begunia-Bolagarh, the construction of a National Gallery of Modern Art in Bhubaneswar, and the development of a modern fish market on the city’s outskirts.

These projects aim to modernise the region and enhance its cultural and economic landscape.

Additional proposals included a community park in Nayapalli, land acquisition support near Kalinga Stadium for Vishwakarma Samiti, an upgraded bus stand in Khordha, and a new hall at Prananath College, which is set for inauguration.

Chief Minister Majhi assured swift administrative action and emphasised a collaborative approach to transform Bhubaneswar into a model urban hub.

The meeting was also attended by Khordha MLA Prashant Jagdev and Principal Secretary Saswat Mishra, underscoring the government’s commitment to inclusive development.
