Barabati Stadium to Host India–South Africa T20, Tickets Available from December 1

Cuttack: Cricket fever is set to grip Odisha once again as Barabati Stadium gears up to host the much-anticipated T20 clash between India and South Africa on December 9, 2025.

The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has announced that tickets will be available online starting December 1, followed by offline distribution through affiliated agencies on December 3 and 4. General visitors can purchase tickets at six counters inside the stadium on December 5 and 6.

The phased ticketing plan has been designed to ensure smooth distribution and effective crowd management.

While the exact number of tickets to be released is yet to be finalised, officials confirmed that the Collector’s office played a key role in coordinating logistics, security, and crowd control measures.

This will be the second international fixture at Barabati in 2025, following the India–England ODI in February.

The stadium, known for its electrifying atmosphere, has a rich history of hosting memorable encounters, including India’s first-ever T20I against South Africa in 2015 and another clash between the same sides in 2022.

Fans across Odisha are eagerly awaiting the high-voltage contest, with preparations already in full swing to make the event a grand success.
