Aadhaar Grievance Hearings in Odisha to Start February 16

Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: The Odisha government will begin Aadhaar grievance hearings from February 16, 2026, providing citizens with a structured platform to resolve Aadhaar‑related issues.

The initiative, led by the Electronics and IT Department, requires complainants to first register their grievances through the OCAC portal (www.ocac.in).

After registration, individuals must carry the acknowledgement slip to the grievance cell located on the ground floor of OCAC Tower, Bhubaneswar.

Hearings will be conducted every Monday at 10:30 a.m., where citizens can present their concerns directly to officials.

The move aims to streamline Aadhaar‑linked problem resolution and ensure smoother access to government services.

Officials emphasised that online registration is mandatory for participation, ensuring transparency and efficiency in handling complaints.
