44 Special Trains from ECoR jurisdiction towards various cities in the country
Bhubaneswar,(Orissa Today) May 15 : Aiming to cater to passengers’ needs across the country, Indian Railways has announced special train services to avoid rush of passengers in regular trains during summer. These trains will connect important destinations, offering convenience, comfort and safety for seamless journeys and memorable experiences throughout the season.
Apart from this, ECoR has also been planned to provide journey facilities to the passengers to cast their vote in the ongoing General Election.
In view of the above, East Coast Railway has announced Special Train Services towards various destinations of the country from its jurisdiction. This is to cater to the travel needs of passengers from various regions. Passengers can look forward to traveling in comfort and style to ensure a pleasant journey experience.
The special summer train services will operate on convenient schedules, offering flexibility to passengers to plan their trips according to their preferences. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or an extended holiday, special trains provide the perfect solution for hassle-free travel.
Summer Special Trains announced by ECoR are running from Puri, Khurda Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Brahmapur, Srikakulam and Visakhapatnam. Passengers may also plan their journey accordingly and may search for Special Trains from their boarding points for their destinations where they can get confirmed tickets for their comfort journey.
Special Trains are originating from Puri towards Patna, Nizamuddin, New Delhi, Anand Vihar, Shalimar, Santragachhi, Udhna (Surat), Ahmedabad and Bhanjapur (Baripada). Special trains originating from Bhubaneswar towards Dhanbad, Yesvantpur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai CSMT, Mumbai LTT. Similarly, Special Trains are originating from Sambalpur towards Pune, Erode, Bangalore, Kacheguda and Chennai.
These apart, Special Trains are running from Khurda Road to Secunderabad and Bengaluru; from Cuttack to Hyderabad; from Brahmapur to Surat, Ahmedabad, Secunderabad and Kacheguda. Special trains are also running from Srikakulam to Tirupati. Apart from the above, Special trains are also originating from Visakhapatnam towards Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Tirupati, Kurnool, Kollam, Hatia, Chennai and Sambalpur.
