The incident occurred on Friday night in the Baramasidanda area.
According to police reports, the victim was working in the Sarankul Pancharida range. His wife, Namita, and son, Abhisek, allegedly poured petrol on him and set him ablaze after a severe argument.
Despite efforts by fire service personnel, Sahu succumbed to fatal burns.
During interrogation, the suspects reportedly confessed to the crime, stating that ongoing domestic tensions and Sahu’s prolonged absences contributed to the tragic incident.
