Veteran Actor Dharmendra Stable After ICU Admission in Mumbai
Mumbai, Nov 1 — Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, 89, was admitted to the ICU at Breach Candy Hospital late Friday night following complaints of breathlessness. The actor’s condition is now stable, with hospital sources confirming normal vital signs and a positive recovery trajectory.
“He is in the ICU and sleeping now. His heart rate is 70, blood pressure is 140/80, and urine output is good,” a hospital staff member reported, easing concerns among fans and well-wishers.
Initial reports sparked widespread worry, but sources later clarified that Dharmendra was undergoing scheduled medical tests. India Today quoted a source saying, “He is absolutely fine and in great spirits.” NDTV added that the actor had already been admitted for five days prior to the news surfacing.
